Hi, I’m Aliya.

I believe health is about more than workouts and nutrition plans. It’s about building a life that allows you to feel strong, confident, energized, and fully present in the things that matter most.

My passion for wellness comes from both my background in nursing and my own fitness journey. Through nursing school, clinical experiences, and years of strength training, I’ve seen how powerful healthy habits can be, not just for our physical health, but for our confidence, mental well-being, and quality of life.

As a certified personal trainer, my goal is to help women build sustainable fitness habits that fit their real lives. No extremes, no all-or-nothing mindset, and no chasing perfection. Instead, I focus on creating realistic, individualized plans that help you become stronger, healthier, and more consistent over time.

Whether you’re brand new to fitness, returning after a long break, or simply looking for more guidance and accountability, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me strength training, spending time with family and friends, serving at church, or continuing to learn more about health, wellness, and helping others thrive.
